Antonia Feemster, the visionary co-founder and CEO of A2Z Enterprises, is dedicated to revolutionizing the affordable housing industry. Through creative thinking and astute analysis, she harnesses strategic partnerships and cutting-edge technologies to expedite the creation of housing units, making them more accessible and cost-effective.

Having been immersed in the realm of real estate from an early age, Antonia's journey unfolded within the family business. Her father, Pastor Garry D. Zeigler, served as a pastor in South LA and developed a distinctive approach to real estate investment during his tenure, a valuable foundation that Antonia was fortunate to learn from.

Antonia's academic journey started with studies in Finance and International Business, culminating in a degree from Florida International University. As a driven and diligent athlete, she excelled on the Division I Women’s Basketball team while seamlessly integrating her passion for real estate with her education. During her time at FIU, Antonia interned in the offices of the VP/CFO and the head of Real Estate, contributing to numerous projects that shape the campus landscape today.

Dedicated to continuous learning and professional growth, Mrs. Feemster is an alumna of LISC’s Advanced HDTI for affordable housing development and CSH’s Supportive Housing Institute. Beyond her corporate pursuits, Antonia is the author of "The Renter’s Handbook," a testament to her commitment to empowering individuals with valuable insights into navigating the world of rental housing.
